1. Eligibility Period

  • All refund, return, or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in it's original sealed packaging.

  • Packaging and bottle must be intact, undamaged, and free from major scratches or dents.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, product photo, etc.).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • The product has been opened, used, tested or the original seal has been removed.

  • The bottle is broken, seal is removed, or packaging is significantly damaged.

  • The item was not purchased through TinhHoa’s official sales channels.

4. Refund Process

  • Contact us via Messenger or official support channels.

  • We’ll guide you to return the product using GHN or GHTK.

  • Once the return is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
